Danish as a second language (dsl)

Having finished the basic Danish program in an 'International Class' should guarantee that the student is able to follow mainstream education but it does not mean that she has finished learning Danish.

Additional (extra) teaching in Dsl

Students who can participate in mainstream education but need much support in Dsl to benefit from the teaching may receive this at the local school.

Dsl as a part of the teaching in all subjects

If there are bilingual students in a class, teaching in all school subjects must meet the students linguistic development as well as the students academic development.
